Terms of use
Purpose
These terms of use ('Terms') set out the terms and conditions under which OUI ARE FAMILY®, published by FERRERO Franck, a French sole trader (auto-entrepreneur) registered under SIRET number 528 172 521 000 31, makes its service available, as well as the conditions of access to and use of that service by members. Registering on the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Access to the service
OUI ARE FAMILY® is a social network reserved for parental figures, whether already parents or expecting: parents, parents-to-be and grandparents. Access to most features requires creating an account. Some public pages (presentation, charter, articles) remain accessible without registration. The publisher reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the service, in whole or in part, in particular for maintenance, security or moderation purposes.
Account creation
Creating an account requires a valid email address and its verification. Members agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to create only one account for themselves. Members are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. Any suspected fraudulent use must be reported without delay to support@plateformweb.com.
Conduct between members
Use of the service requires respect for others. Exchanges between members — feed posts, comments, discussion rooms, private messaging — must comply with our community charter, available on the site, which details the principles of listening, respect and kindness expected of every member. Failure to comply with this charter may result in a warning, a restriction or a suspension of the account.
Content published by members
Each member remains solely responsible for the content they publish on the platform, regardless of the format concerned: feed posts, comments, messages in discussion rooms, private messaging, profile information, directory listings or registrations for meetups. This content must comply with applicable law as well as the site's community charter. Unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory content, or content infringing a third party's privacy, is in particular prohibited.
Moderation
OUI ARE FAMILY® reserves the right to moderate, at any time and without prior notice, any content contrary to these Terms or to the community charter, and to suspend or delete a member's account in the event of a serious or repeated breach. Members have access to a reporting tool allowing them to bring any inappropriate behaviour or content to the attention of the moderation team.
Liability
OUI ARE FAMILY® implements reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, without any guarantee of result. The publisher cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions of the service, for content published by members, or for relationships and exchanges taking place between members, including during meetups organised via the platform. Each member remains solely responsible for their interactions with other members.
Termination and account deletion
Members may request the deletion of their account at any time from their profile settings or by contacting support@plateformweb.com. OUI ARE FAMILY® may also terminate or suspend an account, in particular in the event of non-compliance with these Terms, the community charter, or applicable law, following notification where circumstances allow.
Changes to these Terms
OUI ARE FAMILY® reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time, in particular to reflect legal, regulatory or functional changes to the service. Members will be informed of any substantial change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable law
These terms of use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
